Meet the Team
The real people behind Logilux — complete with their quirks, superpowers, and coffee preferences.
A spinner from an 80s TV series, he’s the one who pulls strings, closes ranks, and tries to keep the whole thing afloat. Born with his shirt (unbuttoned) and a glorious head, in just a few years he’s earned the helm of Logilux with honor. He solves problems, but not on Monday afternoons because he plays table football.
Logilux was born from his mind. It could have all stayed there, between one idea and another, but unfortunately for him (and fortunately for us), it took shape. A black belt in polemics and a master of future visions, today we imagine him on a Caribbean beach, cocktail in hand, sending us eight-minute voicemails with unrealizable ideas.
Millimeter precision, impeccable aesthetic sense. She manages to organize the entrances and exits, while also printing labels for the electrical panel on vinyl, with noteworthy color combinations. The more malicious talk about multiple personalities. We prefer to think of it as a well-used superpower.
Rock beats at the heart of Logilux, and her name is Fabiola. She knows exactly where every employee is, even those who don’t yet know they work with us. A human database with a leather jacket and high heels, it’s impossible to keep up with her (and her pace).
Since she arrived, there’s no room for diets in the office. A true Apulian, she arrives bringing at least three things with her: a project to manage, a beautiful smile, and an assortment of carbohydrates that threaten the entire staff’s swimsuit season.
She knows no hardship, no boredom, no meat. Her day starts before yours and ends after, and in the meantime she manages events and ideas between bits of tofu and seitan. If she gets bored… turn it off and on again. Or give her another project.
Cesare Cremonini addict, Milan is her second home, compulsive shoe shopping her second job. She’s an expert in events and creative finance (very creative). When she’s not on the phone with someone about work, she’s probably ordering the seventh pair of boots of the week. With style.
As a child, he dreamed of pushing the boundaries of knowledge. He wanted to go beyond the barriers imposed by school education. And in fact, he ended up graduating with a degree in geography. Now he coordinates production with the same philosophy: wherever you are, he can find you. Or almost.
Everything, absolutely everything that flashes, loads, sends, processes, notifies, or crashes in Logilux… has passed through his hands. And not because he worked magic. He simply wrote it in PHP. Our management software? His. Our app? His. The automatic message that reminds you not to forget the deadline? His, even the passive-aggressive tone.

Office Mascot
The most balanced living being in the office. Golden retriever and living proof of our damned pet-friendly nature. It’s reductive to consider him a mascot: he’s the absolute master of the doorstop. Don’t touch it. Ever.
About Logilux
We were born in 2005, in an era when Facebook was only for American students, Netflix sent DVDs by mail, and Nek triumphed at Festival bar. With these premises and against all odds, we're still here.
Logilux is not an abstract entity. It's made up of real people, with their strengths, their quirks, and at least three different types of coffee a day.
It's made up of those you just met above, of 3,500 collaborators a year who rush, welcome, support, smile, and save events at the last second, of trusted suppliers with whom we understand each other with a glance (and a paid invoice), and above all of courageous customers who choose us every day to organize, create, invent, and solve problems.
